Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 2026 | Version: v1.2-Enhanced | Platform:MyShopyHub

Important Notice: MyShopyHub is an independent Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology provider. We do not sell merchandise, manage delivery fleets, or hold buyer/seller funds in escrow.

1. The Platform Service & Subscription Model

MyShopyHub provides digital tools for online catalogs, Master Catalog product imports, printable QR standee generation, and live order trackers. Every new store receives a 30-Day Free Trial. Upon trial expiration, stores must subscribe to an active plan (Basic, Premium, or Premium Plus) to prevent automatic storefront locking.

2. Subscription Lifecycle & Payment Verification

  • 0% Sales Commission: We charge zero commission on merchant revenue.
  • Manual Verification: Plan upgrades submitted via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer require valid Transaction IDs (TID). Verification is completed within 24 hours.
  • No Refunds: Monthly software subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated.

3. Master Catalog & Intellectual Property

The Master Product Catalog is provided as a utility to facilitate rapid store setup. While merchants may import ready-made listings in 1 click, each merchant remains solely responsible for setting accurate retail prices, managing physical stock availability, and honoring delivery promises.

4. Multi-Shop Orders & Logistics

When a buyer places an order containing items from multiple distinct shops, separate orders are automatically generated for each merchant. Each merchant independently handles order dispatch, courier coordination (Bykea, TCS, Trax, Leopards, PostEx, etc.), and delivery fee adjustments (standard estimate Rs. 150 per shop).

5. Prohibited Items & Content Moderation

Merchants must not upload or sell illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, narcotic, weapon-related, or adult merchandise. Accounts found violating these rules or uploading fraudulent imagery to Cloudflare R2 will be terminated immediately without notice or refund.

6. Dispute Resolution & Customer Trust

Each merchant establishes their own warranty, return, and replacement terms. Buyers with product inquiries, missing parcels, or defect complaints must communicate directly with the shop owner via their listed WhatsApp, phone call, or email.
